What ACT keeps about you when you play ACT games or use actuniverse.com, and why. Questions and requests go to support@actuniverse.com.
What we keep
- Your ACT account. Your first visit makes a guest account that lives in your browser. It holds your display name, settings, loadout, friends, party, guild, and your game results and ratings.
- Google sign-in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID, email address and name. We use them to sign you in on any device and to contact you about your account. We never see your Google password.
- Your Account ID and linked Sui addresses. Signing in with Google gives your account a Sui address, your Account ID, made by Mysten Labs' Enoki service from your Google sign-in. If you use Link Sui, we also keep the Sui addresses you link. Sui addresses, and what they hold, are public on the Sui network, and nobody can delete them, including us.
- Chat and reports. Chat passes through our servers. When a player reports a message, we keep the message and the report so moderators can act on it.
- Connection data. Our servers see your IP address. We use it to run the game and to enforce bans.
- Cookies. One cookie keeps you signed in across ACT's sites. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Who helps us run ACT
Supabase (our database and sign-in), Railway (game servers), Cloudflare (websites and email), Google (sign-in) and Mysten Labs (Enoki, for Account IDs). They handle your data only to provide those services to us.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, show ads, or send marketing email.
Deleting your account
Email support@actuniverse.com from the address you signed in with, or tell us your display name if you play as a guest. We delete your account and what we keep about it within 30 days. Anything on the Sui network stays there.
Age
You must be 18 or older to play ACT.
